I am an Executive Recruitment Consultant specialising in Manufacturing, R&D, EHS and Supply Chain recruitment across the West of Ireland. With nearly a decade of experience in recruitment, I have built a strong track record of connecting exceptional talent with leading employers across a wide range of industries.

My background is rooted in engineering recruitment, having started my career specialising in R&D within the medical device sector. Since then, my remit has expanded to cover a broader range of engineering and operational functions, giving me a strong understanding of the people, skills and challenges that drive modern manufacturing environments. I manage the recruitment process from understanding client requirements through to identifying, engaging and placing the right talent, while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

I believe recruitment is about more than simply filling a vacancy. It's about understanding what both sides are looking for, building lasting relationships and ultimately finding the right fit.
