I am Head of Construction at Sigmar Recruitment, where I lead our Construction recruitment team and specialise in the Building Services sector. I have 15 years’ recruitment experience, having previously worked as a Senior Business Director with Hays, where I managed a team of 20 consultants across Construction, Property and Engineering.

I work closely with M&E contractors, main contractors and specialist subcontractors across Ireland and Europe, supporting them with both individual appointments and larger recruitment campaigns. I manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and headhunting specialist candidates through to interview coordination, offer management and successful placement.
