Since joining Sigmar, I have focused exclusively on sourcing, vetting, and placing high-quality permanent, contract and temporary financial services staff across Dublin. 

I manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial candidate screening to matching candidates with roles that meet their aspirations, preparing them for interviews and ensuring compliance—working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver seamless placements.
