I am the Managing Director for Sigmar in Northern Ireland. With thirty years of recruiting experience in Northern Ireland, I have built and led recruitment teams across the following sectors and industries: Accountancy & Finance, Construction & Property, Engineering, Technology, Procurement, Business Support, HR, Marketing, and Legal. I am well versed in public and private sector recruitment projects: from one-off interim placements to campaign-led permanent appointments, including MSPs and RPOs and have introduced professional staff to employers from well established firms in NI, through to FDI organisations, and start-up and scale-up firms, public bodies, charities and social enterprises.
