Jennifer Ward

I am an Associate Director at Sigmar Recruitment, where I have been part of the business since 2004. I lead our specialist HR and Office Support teams and focus personally on senior HR appointments and strategic talent advisory.

With a degree in Business and Psychology, alongside qualifications in Organisational Leadership and Business Administration, I bring a strategic, commercially focused approach to recruitment and talent. I work closely with organisations across a broad range of sectors, supporting them in attracting and securing exceptional HR leadership talent and developing effective recruitment strategies aligned with their wider business objectives.

My expertise spans senior HR appointments, including CHRO, HR Director and senior HR Business Partner roles, as well as strategic recruitment consultancy for both established organisations and businesses entering the Irish market.

Alongside my work with clients, I am an active advocate for the recruitment profession. I serve on the Steering Committee of the Employment and Recruitment Federation (ERF) and regularly speak at national HR and CSR events, sharing insights and contributing to best practice across Ireland’s HR and recruitment community.
