As a Senior Executive Consultant and team lead of the Cork Sales Team, I have over 20 years recruitment experience, combined with field sales experience in the hospitality industry. Since starting in Sigmar, I have been recruiting for Sales & Marketing and Multilingual roles for the Cork and Munster region, covering both permanent and temporary requirements.

I joined Sigmar Recruitment in July 2006 as a Recruitment Consultant in the Sales & Marketing sector. I was promoted to Principal Consultant within 12 months and have now progressed to an Executive Consultant role within the Cork branch. I had 4 years prior recruitment experience in Cork and the USA. Having worked as a Sales Manager myself for 2 ½ years, I have an in-depth knowledge and hands on experience of this area and what clients look for.

I hold a BIS qualification and have completed a certificate in Social Talent Blue Belt training, as well as being ERF certified. In 2013, I was shortlisted for the ERF Recruitment Consultant of the year.
