I'm an Associate Director with Sigmar Recruitment.

I lead recruitment operations for Sigmar, across the West, Northwest and Midlands.

With over 11 years’ experience in recruitment and talent advisory, I'm specialise in the appointment of finance professionals from qualified and newly qualified professionals through to senior management, Financial Controller, Head of Finance, HR Manager and senior HR leadership positions, in organisations across the West, Northwest, and Midlands. 

I also supports clients with niche and hard-to-fill managerial and operational roles.

I work closely with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial consultation and candidate identification through to interview management, offer negotiation and successful placement. My approach is focused on understanding the specific requirements of each organisation and delivering recruitment solutions that align with both immediate hiring needs and longer-term business objectives.

Holding a degree in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland, I have experience delivering executive search assignments, specialist recruitment campaigns and high-volume recruitment projects across both indigenous Irish businesses and multinational organisations.
