About Your New Job

As the Business Development Manager – EU, you will be responsible for driving growth across the Northern Europe territory. You can be based in Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, or Austria, managing existing accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities within the Life Science and Biologics sector.

You will:

  • Manage a defined EU territory, nurturing key accounts and securing new business within the biologics and large‑molecule pharmaceutical market.

  • Act as the central liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Production teams to support customer requirements and resolve issues promptly.

  • Provide commercial insight by analysing customer trends, preparing reports, and contributing to market strategy.

  • Support the onboarding of new clients and participate in new product commercialisation processes.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

  • 4+ years’ experience in business development, commercial support, or operations within the biologics or large‑molecule pharmaceutical sector.

  • Strong understanding of GMP environments and biologics manufacturing workflows.

  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce.

  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
