What you will do day to day in your job:
- Manage compliance cases including complaints, data breaches, subject access requests, GDPR regulations and error administration.
- Monitor the Customer Service Agents interactions for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to policies.
- Contribute to complaint resolution within timeframes and identify root causes.
- Support insurer queries, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Drive improvements through reporting and insights.
- Help shape best practice across the business.
What skills do you need for this job:
- 2+ years in a customer-facing call centre role is required.
- Complaint handling or call quality experience in similar setting is required.
- Knowledge of CPC, GDPR, MCC is desirable.
- APA qualification (or working towards it) is a plus.
- Strong communication, organisation, and Microsoft Office skills.
