Our client are a nationwide Insurance brand who are looking for a Complaints Handler to keep them compliant and ultimately all their long standing customers happy. If you thrive on problem solving, attention to detail and delivering excellent service, this job is for you.

What you will do day to day in your job: 

  • Manage compliance cases including complaints, data breaches, subject access requests, GDPR regulations and error administration.
  • Monitor the Customer Service Agents interactions for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to policies.
  • Contribute to complaint resolution within timeframes and identify root causes.
  • Support insurer queries, audits, and compliance reporting.
  • Drive improvements through reporting and insights.
  • Help shape best practice across the business.

What skills do you need for this job: 

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing call centre role is required.
  • Complaint handling or call quality experience in similar setting is required. 
  • Knowledge of CPC, GDPR, MCC is desirable. 
  • APA qualification (or working towards it) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and Microsoft Office skills.
