About Your New Job as an Internal Sales Representative
- As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within the private residential market (B2C focus).
- You will build and manage your own sales pipeline through proactive marketing campaigns and outbound sales activity.
- You will follow with previous customers win back old business.
- You will work closely with the marketing team to convert inbound demand into ongoing customers and manage all leads and reporting through CRM systems.
What Skills You Need to the internal sales representative
- Proven background in sales – ideally with experience in heating, plumbing, or HVAC-related products or services.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and prioritise workload.
- Experience working with CRM systems for lead management and reporting.
